The Quinn · Square Mile
The Flagship of Square Mile

Located in the prime urban redevelopment area of West Kowloon, the “Square Mile” series is developed in seven phases2, providing a total of about 1 million square feet of floor space3. With the completion of the first three phases4, Tai Kok Tsui has been transformed into a new city with a humanistic atmosphere and a high quality of quietness amid the hustle and bustle, making it an Arty Green Metropolis in West Kowloon.

“The Quinn • Square Mile” is the flagship project and the closest to the waterfront and Olympic MTR station in the development series. The project has been designed by internationally renowned designers with Avant Fashion as the inspiration and “Square Mile's" first twin clubhouses5 with a strolling pond garden, creating a rare paradise in the city.
